The plaintiffs John Alan Sakon and Expressway Associates IV appeal from the summary judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the defendants Pearl Manager, individually and as executrix of the estate of her husband, Edward Manager; Thomas Manager, Jr.; Jean Manager; and Sandra Manager.1 The court ruled as a matter of law that the defendants had not violated the terms of a release executed in 1992.
