PER CURIAM.

The plaintiff, Vincent J. Catrini, appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing his action against the defendants, Eric Erickson, Susan Erickson and RER Performance Enterprises, Inc. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly concluded that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction to entertain his action. We agree with the plaintiff and, accordingly, reverse the judgment of the trial court.
