The petitioner, Steven Necaise, appeals from the judgment of the habeas court denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Following the denial, the court granted the petition for certification to appeal to this court. On appeal, the petitioner claims that the court improperly concluded that he failed to produce sufficient evidence in support of his claims that he was deprived of effective assistance of counsel.
