Ocasio, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered following his conditional plea of nolo contendere, to sale of narcotics by a person who is not drug-dependent in violation of General Statutes § 21a-278 (a).1 The plea followed the trial court's denial of the defendant's motion to suppress.
