Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Robert O. Hickey, with whom, on the brief, was Joseph J. Arcata III, Stamford, for the appellant (defendant Progressive Casualty Insurance Company).

Keith P. Sturges, Bridgeport, for the appellee (plaintiff).

HARPER, BEACH and BERDON, Js.
