In this appeal, we are asked to examine the postjudgment procedure for the distribution of use and occupancy payments deposited with the court during an appeal from a summary process judgment. The defendant, The Bible Speaks Ministries, Inc., appeals from the judgment rendered by the trial court ordering disbursement of $1010 of the $1265 deposited use and occupancy payments to the substitute plaintiff, the town of Beacon Falls.
