PER CURIAM.

The petitioner, Randall Ivers, appeals following the denial of his petition for certification to appeal from the summary judgment rendered in favor of the respondent, the commissioner of correction, on his amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus. We dismiss the appeal.

In 1995, the petitioner was arrested and charged with murder in connection with a homicide that occurred in 1984. The petitioner entered into a plea agreement and pleaded guilty...
