LAVINE, J.

In this wrongful discharge action, we must determine whether the defendant, Simkins Industries, Inc., violated a public policy underlying the Americans with Disabilities Act1 (ADA) when it discharged the plaintiff, Nethia Joyner, for failing to submit to a return to work medical examination. We conclude that it did not and affirm the judgment of the trial court.
