The plaintiff, Bennie Gray, Jr., appeals from the summary judgment, rendered by the trial court in favor of the defendants, Burton Weinstein and the law firm of Weinstein, Weiner, Ignal, Napolitano & Shapiro, P.C., in the plaintiff's action for legal malpractice. The plaintiff claims that the court improperly applied the doctrine of collateral estoppel to preclude him from litigating the issue of whether Weinstein's failure to move to withdraw the plaintiff...
