The plaintiff, Paul Boyne, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered following the granting of the motion for summary judgment filed by the defendant, the town of Glastonbury. The plaintiff filed a five count complaint against the defendant, primarily seeking injunctive relief, and the court rendered summary judgment as to all five counts.
