The plaintiff, Carol S. Modugno, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after the jury's verdict in favor of the defendant Colony Farms of Colchester, Inc.1 On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly denied her motion for a new trial. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
