The respondent mother appeals from the judgments of the trial court terminating her parental rights with respect to her minor children, Trevon, R and D.1 On appeal, the respondent claims that the trial court improperly concluded (1) that she had failed to achieve a sufficient degree of personal rehabilitation, (2) that the department of children and families (department) utilized reasonable efforts to reunify her with her children...
