¶ 1 The parties to this case agree, as do we, that defendant Brian Allan Delfeld's sentence to imprisonment and probation on different counts in the same case was illegal under Allman v. People, 2019 CO 78, 451 P.3d 826. But Delfeld has already served that sentence and is not directly attacking it in this case...
