¶ 1 Defendant, Mark Richard Wentling, appeals his judgment of conviction entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of first degree criminal trespass with intent to commit motor vehicle theft under sections 18-4-502 and 18-4-409(4), C.R.S.2015.
