JUSTICE MÁRQUEZ delivered the Opinion of the Court.

¶ 1 This original proceeding arises in a criminal case involving Colorado Organized Crime Control Act ("COCCA") and other felony charges against several defendants involved in the medical marijuana industry. Petitioners Conley Hoskins and Jane Medicals, LLC (collectively, "Petitioners") seek to vacate the trial court's order disqualifying the law firm of Peters Mair Wilcox ("PMW")1
