¶ 1 Appellants, Liberty Mortgage Corporation, BB & T Corporation, and Branch Banking and Trust Company (collectively, the banks), appeal the trial court's order declaring Branch Banking and Trust's deed of trust against the property owned by appellee, Raymond L.
