¶ 1 Plaintiff, Michele Fry, appeals the district court's judgment dismissing her complaint, which alleged defamation and related claims against defendants, Kurtis Lee and The Denver Post, LLC (the Post), pursuant to C.R.C.P. 12(b)(5). We affirm and remand with directions.
