Justice BOATRIGHT delivered the Opinion of the Court.

¶ 1 In this dependency and neglect case, we review the court of appeals' opinion in People ex rel A.C., ___ P.3d ___, No. 10CA2536 (Colo.App. Sept. 15, 2011) (selected for official publication), which held that removal of a child from his preadoptive foster parents' home without prior notice to the foster parents did not violate their due process rights. We agree.
