¶ 1 We granted certiorari to determine whether the court of appeals erred in holding that section 38-10-124(2), C.R.S. (2012) (Colorado's Credit Agreement Statute of Frauds, or "CASOF"), allows the introduction of extrinsic evidence to interpret an allegedly ambiguous contract. We reverse the court of appeals and conclude that the contract at issue is not ambiguous. Because we hold that the contract is not ambiguous...
