Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge suspended Joseph James Verce (Attorney Registration Number 12084), for a period of one year and one day, effective July 17, 2012. Verce knowingly disobeyed a court order to pay child support and owes approximately $15,000.00 in child support arrearages. His misconduct constitutes grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 3.4(c) and 8.4(d).
