¶ 1 Pursuant to section 16-12-102(1), C.R.S.2011, the prosecution appeals from the district court's restitution order. Specifically, the prosecution contends that the court erred when it declined to order defendant, Aaron Montanez, to pay restitution to Memorial Hospital (hospital) for the cost of the victim's sexual assault examination.
