¶ 1 Jimmie R. Crow, M.D., appeals the judgment of the district court affirming the decision of Penrose-St. Francis Healthcare System (Penrose) to terminate Crow's hospital staff privileges and denying his request to subpoena records of the peer review committee. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings.
