Defendants, Beauvallon Corp. and Craig Nassi, appeal the portion of the judgment entered against them and in favor of plaintiff, Club Matrix, LLC, for fraudulently inducing Matrix's assignor to enter into a commercial lease, including the award of damages and prejudgment interest. We reverse.
