This case arises from the parties' agreement allowing plaintiff, Maehal Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Pikes Peak Harley-Davidson (PPHD), to act as a dealer of motorcycles manufactured by defendant, Thunder Mountain Custom Cycles, Inc.
