(2010), requires insurers to offer uninsured/underinsured motorist ("UM/UIM") coverage with every "automobile liability or motor vehicle liability" policy sold in Colorado. In Apodaca v. Allstate Insurance Co., 232 P.3d 253, 258 (Colo.App. 2009), the court of appeals held that this statutory requirement does not apply...
