Plaintiff, Clayton B. Phillips, appeals the district court judgment affirming his prison disciplinary convictions for possession of unauthorized legal documents and fraud. Because we agree with plaintiff that there was insufficient evidence to support the conviction for possession of unauthorized legal documents, we reverse the portion of the judgment affirming that conviction.
