In this original proceeding taken pursuant to C.A.R. 21, we review an order from the Arapahoe County District Court denying the Defendants' motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. We find that the trial court properly determined that it had personal jurisdiction over the Defendants based on their contacts with Colorado regarding the subject matter of the dispute.
