Defendant, Richard Allen Price, appeals his conviction following a jury trial. Price contends that the trial court erred by denying his motion for mistrial which was prompted by his mid-trial suicide attempt, that there was a fatal variance between the charging documents, and the verdict forms and that he received ineffective assistance of counsel.
