Plaintiff, P.F.P. Family Holdings, L.P. (PFP), appeals the district court's order, adopting the report of a special master, concluding no quorum was present at a court-ordered annual meeting of Stan Lee Media, Inc. (the company), an administratively dissolved Colorado corporation, and therefore that no board of directors was elected.
