Defendant, Travis Lavern Moore, appeals the judgment of conviction entered on jury verdicts finding him guilty of first degree assault on a peace officer, vehicular eluding, driving under the influence, and reckless endangerment. He also appeals the district court's order denying his section 18-1.3-406(1)(a), C.R.S.2009, request for a reduction in sentence. We affirm the judgment and order.
