Defendant, James T. Hoffman, appeals the trial court's order denying his motion to suppress evidence seized during the execution of a search warrant. Pursuant to a conditional plea agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute a schedule II controlled substance while preserving the right to appeal the suppression ruling.
