Plaintiff, Debbie Bonidy, appeals the aspects of the trial court's judgment calculating her back pay damages and denying her claim for exemplary damages. Defendants, Dr. James J. Harding and Vail Valley Center for Aesthetic Dentistry, P.C. (collectively Dr. Harding), cross-appeal the trial court's denial of a directed verdict and its conclusion that Bonidy was wrongfully terminated in violation of public policy.
