Plaintiffs, Daniel S. and Linda Jorgensen, appeal the district court's judgment rejecting their claim for civil theft against defendants, Colorado Rural Properties, LLC (CRP), Dennis Neal, and Scarlett VanRoss. They also appeal the district court's order denying their motion for attorney fees and costs. We vacate the judgment on the civil theft claim and remand for further findings on that claim.
