The prosecution appeals the trial court's order sentencing defendant, Timothy Wayne Sanders, a sex offender who pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge of failing to register at an additional address, to two years of probation, because the court did not include sex offense-specific treatment, which the prosecution argues resulted in an illegal sentence1
