Defendant, Yvonne Dorine Maestas, appeals the consecutive sentences imposed on her convictions for vehicular eluding, second degree assault, and aggravated motor vehicle theft. We affirm.

The case arose from a high-speed police pursuit, on snowy and icy streets, of a motor vehicle driven by defendant. Based on the affidavit in support of a warrantless arrest, a Commerce City officer attempted to stop the vehicle, which ran a traffic light...
