Defendant, Cesar I. Pasillas-Sanchez, appeals the judgment of conviction entered upon jury verdicts finding him guilty of second degree murder, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of theft by receiving, and three special offender counts. He also appeals the sentence imposed. We affirm.
