Defendant, Jeannie Lynn Manier, appeals the judgment of conviction entered on a jury verdict finding her guilty of first degree aggravated motor vehicle theft, possession of one gram or less of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, false reporting, and theft by receiving.
