OPINION
MOORE, J.—
A party may seek to disqualify a judge for cause if, due to "impairment," the judge is "unable to properly perceive the evidence or is unable to properly conduct the proceeding." (Code Civ. Proc., § 170.1, subd. (a)(7).)
