OPINION

KITCHING, J.

Ashlee R. (mother) appeals from the order terminating her parental rights to now two-year-old Isaiah W. She contends that the juvenile court erred in finding that the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978 (ICWA) 25 U.S.C. § 1901 et seq.) did not apply. We hold that mother failed to timely appeal the juvenile court's order.
