AARON, J. —

In 1992, a jury convicted Michael Hansen of one count of second degree murder (Pen. Code, § 187, subd. (a))1 and found that Hansen personally used a firearm within the meaning of section 12022.5, subdivision (a). The jury also convicted Hansen of one count of shooting at an inhabited dwelling.
