Kathleen Cunningham brought this shareholder derivative action on behalf of Royal Airline Linen, Inc. (Royal), against Norman Magidow. The trial court found Magidow liable for breach of fiduciary duty, awarded compensatory and punitive damages, and entered judgment accordingly.
