The trial court denied a defendant's special motion to strike a complaint pursuant to the anti-SLAPP statute. (Code Civ. Proc., § 425.16.)1 The trial court denied plaintiffs' request for attorney's fees. (§ 425.16, subd. (c).) Both sides appeal. We affirm the order denying the anti-SLAPP motion; we reverse the order denying attorney's fees.
