Petitioner seeks a writ of mandate directing the trial court to vacate its order granting real parties' motion to compel arbitration and to enter a new order denying the motion. Petitioner contends the arbitration agreement is fatally ambiguous, does not meet the minimum standards of fairness established by Armendariz v. Foundation Health Psychcare Services, Inc. (2000)
