OPINION

ROTHSCHILD, Acting P. J.—

Plaintiff L.K. appeals from the judgment of dismissal entered when the trial court sustained, without leave to amend, defendants' demurrer to L.K.'s second amended complaint. We affirm.

BACKGROUND
