Plaintiff Juan Estrada was involved in an automobile accident with a vehicle owned by Time Warner NY Cable LLC and driven by Ceola Bullet, a Time Warner employee. Estrada sued Time Warner and Bullet (hereafter together referred to as "TWC") for injuries he sustained in the accident.
