Appellant Marilyn Sibyl Chandler Fenderson was a caregiver for Katherine Majerus, an elderly woman in failing health. After Majerus's death, Fenderson removed over $300,000 from Majerus's bank accounts, claiming that Majerus had given her the accounts. A jury convicted her of one count of grand theft (Pen. Code, § 487, subd. (a))1 and one count of second degree commercial burglary...
