Jose Nunez was convicted by a jury of one count of first degree, premeditated murder with true findings on firearm enhancement allegations. He was sentenced to a prison term of 50 years to life. He contends that the jury's finding of premeditation and deliberation is not supported by sufficient evidence. We agree and reverse the conviction for first degree murder.
