Defendants and appellants Enrique Borrayo and Jose M. Ramirez were tried together by separate juries for the murder of Raymond C. and the attempted murder of Luis C. Borrayo was found guilty of the first degree murder of Raymond (Pen. Code, § 187, subd. (a)),1 with separate findings that he personally and intentionally discharged a handgun to cause Raymond's death...
