Appellant Thomas Mangano brought an action for retaliatory termination in violation of the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) (Gov. Code, § 12900 et seq.) against respondent Verity, Inc. (Verity), after Verity terminated his employment. The trial court granted two of Verity's in limine motions to exclude certain evidence.
