James Roy Glenn was adjudged a sexually violent predator (SVP) under the Sexually Violent Predator Act, Welfare and Institutions Code section 6600 et seq. (SVPA),1 and was placed in involuntary commitment for an indeterminate term. Glenn was 82 years old at the time of trial.
